Aimee Woods, PT, CNPT, RYT 200

As a competitive gymnast (many moons ago), I was fascinated by what the human body could do and what happened when it broke down. That curiosity led me to a career in physical therapy, where I've spent the past 28 years working with aging adults and watching the same pattern play out, over and over: what people do in their 40s and 50s quietly determines what their 70s and 80s look like. Not a theory. Pattern recognition from three decades of watching it happen.
Age by design. Not by default.
That pattern —and equal parts frustration with a healthcare system that waits for things to break before paying attention— is why I created Full Scope Vitality. I use a foundation of science to teach vitality for life. Over the years I layered in advanced training in nutrition, herbalism, and longevity coaching — because movement alone was never the whole answer. My work here isn't solely about treating symptoms anymore. It's about teaching you what your body actually needs as it ages, across the Four Pillars of Movement, Nutrition, Sleep, and Mindset, so you can make informed choices and age with intention.
In my free time, you'll find me barefoot outside with nature, throwing a ball for my sweet granddog, or sneaking a good nap. I'm a wife, a mom to emerging adults, and caregiver for my parents — which means I'm living the same season of life as most of my clients. I get it. And I'm here to help.
